don't you love it when you weren't at track practice for a week because of the weather and from being sick, and then the first day you come back they do the hardest conditioning and you almost throw up? you got to love it

Last week the Young Women and Young Men of Redmond went to the Portland Oregon Temple to do baptisms for the dead. We had a very good time!

After, we went to Olive Garden, and we ate all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks!
